THE RUN THAT KILLED ME
I thank God that I'm still alive (though not exactly kicking) after the SAFRA Sheares Bridge Run & Army Half Marathon which spanned a distance of 12km and 21km respectively. As a matter of fact, a 25 year old Army Captain collapsed and died earlier this morning.
It's really sad news. You can read the full story here.
Here are 3 things that could have landed me with the same fate.
- I drank a bottle and a half of Heineken the night before at Brekos cafe cus beer's just that cheap!
- I only had my dinner at 12.15AM!
- I slept at 1 AM and woke up at 3.20AM.
