FINALLY A PRIVATE
I finally passed out of Pulao Tekong as a Private! Yesterday was the Passing Out Parade and we had so much fun! We bid goodbye to the Sergeants, Sirs, CSM, OC and our immensely depreciating recruit life!I am however returning back to camp later for a re-grenade course tomorrow and spared of the arduous 24KM route march on Friday!
Smirks!
With that in mind, I will be able to take the day off for the greatest show alive this friday!
What show?
From ancient civilisations to victorian days, swinging singles, finding inner beauty, the redeeming power of love and the promise of ONE NIGHT OF PLEASURE, MTS & THE NEXT STAGE proudly present to you ... *drum rolls* THE NEXT WAVE!

The Singapore Musical Theatre Society (MTS) is proud to stage her 3rd cycle of short musicals, incubated under a Creative Programme known as Beat-By-Beat, as part of this year's Singapore Arts Festival Fringe in collaboration with the Esplanade Co. Ltd. During the past 6 months, stage performing artistes, creative bookwriters and composers are brought together to conceive a total of twelve new original musicals. 6 of which were showcased as no-frills readings in March and the remaining six in June 2006 as part of the Singapore Festival of Arts fringe. The programme includes musicals by accomplished veterans such as Stella Kon, Dr. Kennethe Lyen, Lionel Chok and Iskandar Ismail.
